This has been lovingly made by lilys of london, who have been been manufacturing house coats since the 1960's.

This house coat is made in bouclé fleece, which has a soft fleece on the inside and a terry effect on the outside (this is the best I can describe it). The fleece on the inside is soft and keeps the wearer warm, whereas the terry effect on the outside gives a unique look to the house coat. Quality is definitely not an after thought. The arm holes have been designed to be wider, to make this house coat easy to get in and out of. There are also two concealed pockets. The cloth weight of this house coat is 240 grams per square metre and the house coat itself weighs 700 grams.
